By accessing and using QuickDLR ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at quickdlr.com (the "Service") operated by QuickDLR ("us", "we", or "our").

QuickDLR provides a download workflow for supported listing URLs from third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to:

• Freepik (vectors, PSDs, photos)
• MotionArray (video templates, music, graphics)
• Envato Elements (creative assets)
• Other supported platforms as may be added

QuickDLR is not Magnific, Freepik, Motion Array, or any other marketplace we accept URLs from. We operate a download workflow: when you request a supported listing, we retrieve the file package, store a copy so we can deliver a signed link, and may keep an archive copy so a later request for the same listing can be restored without fetching the origin again. Hot object storage can expire. Archive copies are not a public library and are not searchable as a file host.

Our service acts as that workflow. We do not own the marketplace catalogs, and we do not grant marketplace licenses.

As a user of QuickDLR, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and platform owners
• Not use the service to download content for commercial resale or redistribution
• Comply with the terms of service of the original content platforms
• Not attempt to circumvent or abuse the quota and rate limiting systems
• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure

QuickDLR offers various subscription tiers with different download quotas and features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled
• Download quotas reset every 24 hours based on your subscription start time
• Unused downloads do not carry over to the next day
• Billing is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

Important notes regarding content and intellectual property:

• All content accessed through QuickDLR remains the property of its original creators and platforms
• QuickDLR does not claim ownership of any downloaded content
• Users must comply with the licensing terms of the original content platforms
• Commercial use of downloaded assets may require additional licensing from the original platforms
• QuickDLR is not responsible for copyright infringement by users

QuickDLR strives to provide reliable service, however:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• Maintenance periods may temporarily interrupt service
• Third-party platform changes may affect download capabilities
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

QuickDLR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or service announcements. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
